Howard is the President of Real So Cal. Howard’s passion for youth soccer combined with his professional leadership has helped guide Real So Cal to be one of the best youth soccer clubs in the United States. His 25 year soccer background includes: USSF licensed coach and administrator, President of West Valley Soccer League 1998 - present, President of WV SAMBA 1998-2006, and co-architect of the So Cal United/SAMBA merger that created Real So Cal.

Paul Clifton - VP, General Manager - 818-634-9111
Paul serves as General Manager for West Valley Soccer League and Real So Cal. Paul oversees the day to day operations of the Recreational League with more than 3,000 members in both a Spring and Fall League.
Rose Covert- VP, RSC Operations Manager - 818-321-3229
In the role of Operations Manager for Real So Cal, Rose is the liaison for the club with SCDSL. She handles communications to the managers and coaches and club membership under the direction of the club President and Director’s of Coaching. Additionally, she supports field permit and allocation activities for the Oak Park/North Ranch area.
Chuck Gold - Treasurer WVSL - 818-414-4611
Chuck serves as the Treasurer of West Valley Soccer League and is also a member of the Real So Cal club board. Chuck is a partner in the accounting firm Gold and Gold CPAs located in Calabasas. He has a non-soccer playing daughter Rebecca who is a graduate of Wellesley College in Massachusetts, a son, David (a former youth SAMBA player), who is a junior student and center midfielder at Kenyon College in Ohio. His son Benjamin, is a high school junior goalkeeper and plays on Real So Cal’s BU17 White team.
Bob Schwarz - WVSL Head Division Representative - 818-917-7989
Bob has been associated with West Valley Soccer League since 1995, serving as a board member of WVSL and the Real So Cal club program since 1999. His main responsibility is with the recreational program, serving as Head Division Representative. Bob’s primary focus is in the youngest age groups, U5 through U-8, helping to organize the Fall and Spring programs. Bob is also team manager for a BU13 club team, where his son Corey has played for the past five years. In his spare time, Bob coaches a recreational team and referees recreational and club games. Bob has 3 older son’s; two are active referees and coach in the recreational program.
Darlene Quintanar - Secretary - 805-390-6933
Darlene is the club’s secretary and is responsible for meeting minutes, club correspondence and updating organizational directories. Darlene is a member of the tournament committee. Darlene’s son Tristan is a member of the RSC BU14 White team which Darlene manages. Darlene’s daughter Madison also plays club soccer for the GU16 Blue team.
Max Bulwa - Community Partner Representative
In the role of Community Partner Representative for Real So Cal, Max is the liaison for the club with local soccer communities, like the San Fernando Valley Quakes - where he serves at the Director of Operations. He is involved in Game Operations with the Los Angeles Galaxy and the US Men National Team. Max has been coaching two recreational boys teams, the Valley Galaxy and the Valley Galaxy Jr, since 2005. His sons Felix and Declan play on those teams.
Adam Stuczynski- Web Administrator
Adam is the club’s Web Administrator and is responsible for all web site development and maintainance. Adam is also the recreational registrar. He has been involved with WVSL/RSC for over 10 years and joined the board in the spring of 2009. He has coached five of his daughters on the recreational side and four of them now play on RSC teams. He looks forward to the youngest one joining an RSC team in the near future.
