Coaches, please remember you have a 45 minute window to complete your 28
minute game (4 x 7 minute quarters).  This gives you 17 minutes of time for
half time and water breaks which should be more than adequate and there is
no reason to run over the schedule time.

Please remember you do not get the field until the start time on the
schedule. There is plenty of space for you to warm your team up away from
the field.

There is no reason not to get the game started and finished in your 45 minute window.

It is extremely important that you vacate the field (and concede the
sideline to the team that is playing next). Again, there is plenty of space
for you to hand out the snacks away from the field.
