Coaches, please remember you have a 60 minute window to complete your 40 minute game (4 x 10 minute quarters). This gives you 20 minutes of time for half time and water breaks which should be more than adequate

there is no reason to run over the schedule time.

Please remember you do not get the field until the start time on the schedule. There is plenty of space for you to warm your team up away from the field.

There is no reason not to get the game started and finished in your 60 minute window.

It is extremely important that you vacate the field (and concede the sideline to the team that is playing next). Again, there is plenty of space for you to hand out the snacks away from the field.

Q - What should we do if the game before us does not finish on time

A - 1st you should politely remind the coaches that their game should be finished

2nd allow them to finish their game and send WVSL an email letting us know which teams did not concede the field on time

3rd get together with the opposing coach and discussed shortening the water breaks and half time so that we can get the field back on schedule

Under no circumstances should this start an adult confrontation at the field!
