Spring 2021 Q and A
Q - When will the season start? We are working on Sunday April 11th
A - We intend to start as soon as we are allowed to compete and the fields are available.
Q - What days will the games be played? 7 Sundays, 1 Saturday - May 8th that is mother's day week end
A - Traditionally our spring program has run on Sundays between 10:30am and 5:30pm
Depending on the start date of our season we may need to adjust the game days.
Q - If we start the season and you get shut down for coronavirus what is your refund policy?
A - First we will not be cashing your check until we are 100% certain we will be able to start the program.
Second we have learned some lessons from this experience and we will cap preseason expenditures to a minimum.
We would offer Credit at $15 per game for any games canceled
Q - How many games will be played this spring?
A - This year‘s spring program will consist of 8 games.
Q - Will you definitely be able to have games in all age groups?
A - No we would need a minimum of 4 teams in each age group to be able to move forward. We can also combine age groups to have a two-year division.
Q - Will you have permitted practice fields for this season
A - We certainly hope so but there could be a scenario where we cannot get official fields during the week for practice
Q - What type of Covid protocols will be in place
A - At this point we do not know, as soon as these issues have been resolved we would publish on our website
Q - In the older age groups will you have volunteer / paid referee available?
A - It is possible that we will not have referees available for your games. We would need an adult parent from each team to be willing to referee games.
