Andres Baena, also known as "Coach Pancake" has over 15 years of experience coaching, developing and impacting children. He is certified in early childhood education and is currently our Director of the LAFC So Cal Youth Roots Program.  Andres' has expertise in working with children from 2 years old - 18 years old.

Andres' passion and joy is to encourage children to develop their unique ability as they enjoy what they do while learning and having fun. "When you have fun and learn at the same time, students thrive and reach developmental milestones quickly" says Coach Andres.
